Days Hotel Boston : 1234 Soldiers Field Road Boston, MA 02135. T: 1-800-359-4827. Note the name is Days Hotel, not Inn-- this can certainly cause confusion when getting directions. This hotel has gone through several incarnations and seen lots of wear. While not convenient for walking to popular destinations, there is plenty of parking and a large supermarket across Western Ave.

Budget hotel/motel within walking distance of Symphony Hall, First Church of Christ Scientist, Prudential Mall and Copley Place Mall. Advertised rates between $89 and $239 as of 3/2006. Free parking.

Liberty Hotel : 215 Charles Street (T: Charles-MGH) +1 617-224-4000. Located in the Beacon Hill neighborhood by the Charles River and its Esplanade. On a bizarre side note, the hotel occupies a former prison that once held former mayor James Michael Curley (imprisoned in 1904 for fraud), Frank Abagnale, Jr. (portrayed by Leonardo DiCaprio in Catch Me If You Can) and a Nazi U-Boat captain captured in 1945 who later committed suicide.
Charlestown :-

Has a beautiful view of the Boston Harbor and complimentary services like: a buffet breakfast, the morning newspaper, and a coffee and tea room. This hotel also includes and indoor pool and a fitness center. The price range of this hotel is $229 to $259 per night.
Constitution Inn : 150 2nd Ave, +1 617-241-8400. They are conveniently located by local attractions so you don’t have to go far to get the good feel of this town. They have a YMCA fitness center and meeting and banquet halls available. The price range starts at $49 to $125. If you are in the military you can get a special rate with your military id present.
